The low figure is a starting amount for a musician with no experience. The high figure is a starting amount for one with ten years of experience. Therefore, five years of experience would be in–between the two, eleven or more years of experience above the high figure, etc.

Organist for Weddings or Funerals: $119 – 367
Each Rehearsal – per hour: $66 – 119


SUBSTITUTE FEES

One service, Organist: $119 – 143

One service, Director: $78 – 92

One service, Organist/Director: $143 – 198

Each additional service: 50% of one service

Rehearsal, Organist or Director: $66 – 119

Rehearsal, Organist/Director: $92 – 141


All fees and salaries are based on the 2013 Consumer Price Index for the Phoenix area.
The CPI increase over the past year was 1.3% which is reflected in the above figures.
