"The Secretary shall have custody of the record of the Chapter and shall be responsible for recording the procedures of the meetings of the Chapter and the Executive Committee."
1. RECORDING DUTIES
A. Attend and record attendance and minutes of all Executive committee meetings.
B. Mail minutes to Executive Committee members. Include notice of the next Executive Committee meeting with the date, time, and location. Bring extra copies to each meeting.
C. Notify Co-ordinators and Chairs of actions taken relevant to their position by mailing them highlighted minutes.
D. Review with the Dean any unfinished business for the agenda. Note action items in the minutes.
E. Keep other records as required by the Executive Committee (update Executive Board roster each
year to distribute to the board members)
2. CORRESPONDING DUTIES
A. Prepare and send Chapter communications as directed by the Executive Committee.
B. Maintain and distribute the supply of Chapter stationery as needed.
