Dinner Coordinator

1 Obtain Dinner reservation numbers and names from the AGO hotline.


2. Co-ordinate dinner arrangements with the caterer.


3. Co-ordinate with the Sub-Dean the requirements for each meeting.


4. Contact host church and/or its musicians regarding space, tables, and special requirements.


5. Provide materials for monthly meetings. (ie. table decorations, name tags)


6. Greet new members and host guests at dinner meetings.


7. Arrange for refreshments at workshops and seminars.


8. Add .25-.50 to caterer's requested amount to compensate for no-shows.
